Where do we meet our driver at the cruise port?

We meet you right outside the primary passenger exit of the Ensenada Cruise Terminal marina area. Your driver will hold a personalized sign with your party’s name. We also send a WhatsApp message with photo landmarks upon your arrival.
What if some members of our group want to do different activities?

Our system fully supports custom participant counts per activity! For example, if you have 4 guests, all 4 can visit La Bufadora, 2 can ride ATVs, and 3 can do horseback riding. Pricing is calculated accurately based on actual activity participants.
How and when do we pay for our excursion?

When you submit an excursion request, no payment is charged immediately. We first check vehicle and operator availability. Once confirmed, we send a secure payment link (Credit Card, Stripe, PayPal) to confirm your reservation.
